Becoming an Archbishop in the World Communion

This elevation is automatically considered only for men and women who have already been consecrated 'rightly' as valid bishops in the Apostolic Succession of normal regular ministry. 

Those ordained or consecrated in irregular ways, NOTE: Without their consecrators (three minimum) having also been consecrated by at least three consecrators and all in full Apostolic Succession are not considered to hold valid orders and will need to be consecrated properly before consideration for elevation to Archbishop status.
